Meet Rose

Hello! My name is Rose and I am a Full Spectrum Doula including Prenatal, Birth, Postpartum, Abortion, Grief and Loss and End of Life.

My goal is to create space for my clients to have an embodied, empowered and connected experience by combining doula practices with multiple other healing modalities. Based on your needs and interests, we will utilize the grounding and healing powers of reiki, sound baths, breath work, movement, and meditation. Embodiment exercises help prepare your home, body, spirit and community for this special time. I am warm, kind, calm and pragmatic with a client-centered and trauma informed approach. I can’t wait to meet you and get started!
