Meet Tonya

Hi, I’m Tonya! I’m a DONA Certified Birth Doula and a CAPPA Certified Postpartum Doula with a deep passion for supporting families during this intense and beautiful time in their lives. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many families, including first-time parents and those welcoming additional children into their homes. I provide care during evenings and weekends, offering flexible support to meet each family’s unique needs.

I love caring for newborns and am happy to jump in and help wherever needed, whether it’s preparing snacks, meal prepping, light cooking, laundry, or tidying up. My goal is to create space for families to rest, recover, heal, and bond during this precious time. I’m also furthering my education in breastfeeding support to continue growing in this field and providing even more comprehensive care.

Before becoming a doula, I worked as a case manager and in the mental health field, as well as caring for children with special needs. Helping people has always been a calling for me—I’m a natural caretaker, and I approach every family with kindness and understanding. Families often describe me as knowledgeable, easy to connect with, and someone who brings calm and comfort the moment I walk through the door.

When I’m not supporting families, I enjoy reading, journaling, listening to music, going out to eat, and spending time at church. I look forward to the opportunity to support you and your family during this special time!
